Privacy Policy
1. What we store
We keep the minimum needed to run the service. We never ask for your real name, email address, home address or card details.
- Your Discord ID and username.
- The Roblox username and ID you link, and the age of that Roblox account, which we check when granting free trials.
- Whether your access is active, and when it expires.
- Who invited you, if you joined through a member's invite link, so their rewards can be credited.
- A record of any trial that was blocked, and the reason for it.
Messages sent to the bot or in our server may appear in our server logs. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we are only told whether a payment succeeded.
2. What we use it for
Granting access to our experiences, keeping free trials to one per person, crediting invite rewards, preventing abuse, and answering support requests. We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising.
3. Who else has access
Only the services that keep RoSandbox running: Supabase for our database, Railway for hosting, Discord and Roblox as the platforms we operate on, and our payment provider. Questions asked to our AI assistant are sent to an AI provider so they can be answered, without your username or ID attached.
We would also disclose data where the law requires it.
4. Cookies and tracking
This site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking. It does load fonts from Google and video from Vimeo, so those two receive your IP address when the page loads.
5. How long we keep it
Incomplete verifications are deleted as soon as they finish, expired trial records clear themselves automatically, and support tickets are removed after a few days without activity.
6. Your data
If you want to know what we hold about you, or believe something is wrong and should be corrected, email rosandbox.gg@gmail.com or open a ticket in our Discord.
Anything Discord, Roblox or our payment provider holds about you belongs to them rather than us, so those requests need to go to them directly.
7. Age requirement
You must be 13 or older to use RoSandbox, in line with Discord's own requirement. We do not knowingly store information about anyone younger. If that has happened, email us and we will remove it.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top is updated.
