Terms of Service
1. Using RoSandbox
These terms cover our Discord server, our bot, this website and the sandbox experiences we operate. By using any of them, you accept these terms.
- You must be at least 13, and old enough to use Discord and Roblox where you live.
- Access is tied to your Discord account and the Roblox account you link. Anything done through them is treated as done by you, so keep them secure.
- Access is personal to you. It may not be shared, sold or transferred.
2. What is not allowed
- Breaking the law, or the rules of Roblox or Discord.
- Getting around access checks, trial limits or bans, including through alternate accounts.
- Copying, extracting or redistributing our tools, panels or experiences.
- Attacking, overloading or interfering with our bot, servers or experiences.
- Harassing other members or misusing our support system.
Breaking these rules can cost you your access.
3. Ownership
Your videos are yours. Anything you record with RoSandbox belongs to you, you are free to monetise it, and we take no share of it.
Our tools are ours. The creator panels, documentation, website and branding remain our property. Anything you upload remains yours, but you are responsible for holding the rights to it, and you allow us to process it so the feature can work.
The original games are not ours. Our sandboxes are modified versions of popular Roblox games, built so creators can film in them. We do not own those games, their names or their assets, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by their developers. Rights holders can reach us through our Copyright / DMCA Policy, and we will remove or change the material in question.
4. Payment and free trials
- Paid access is billed in advance for the period you choose. Prices may change, but never for a period already paid for.
- Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see your card details.
- Free trials are one per person rather than one per account, and account age is checked first. We may refuse or end a trial that is being abused.
- Access is digital and delivered immediately, so payments are non-refundable. The two exceptions (a duplicate charge, or access paid for but never delivered) are set out in our Refund Policy.
- You can cancel at any time through the provider you paid with. Access continues until the paid period ends.
5. Availability
We work to keep RoSandbox online and stable, but we cannot guarantee it is available at all times. Games, tools and features are added and retired as the service develops, and availability today is not a commitment to keep something available indefinitely.
6. Updates to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top is updated and the change is announced in our Discord.
